Driving Instructors Wanted

Due to increased demand for lessons at Sophie's Driving Skool we are currently recruiting driving instructors in Watford and the surrounding areas.

We think that creating a relaxed environment when learning to drive is vital and we pride ourselves on giving a high standard of customer service. Therefore, we are looking for a dedicated, honest and hardworking individual to join our team.

As a franchisee of the company you will be self-employed running your own diary, tailoring working hours to suit your needs. You'll keep all the money you earn from lessons, up to £25 per hour.

An initial deposit and a small weekly fee is payable in return for all necessary equipment, support services, pupil leads and marketing.

As we care about the service we provide our customers, we will do all possible to help you on your journey to successfully operating your own business. This includes on-going training and rewards for hard work. If at anytime you are not happy with the amount of business we are providing you with, we will work with you to either increase or decrease... A happy driving instructor will mean happy customers!
